Our 110,000 square feet of fabrication space in Eugene, Oregon, produces fixtures and signage from a wide array of materials, including plastic, metal, and wood. We also provide direct-to-substrate, large format printing of interior graphics.

Accurate Color Matching for Print.
When you’ve worked hard to create a branded design, it’s essential that your décor accurately and consistently expresses your color specifications.
- We follow G7 protocols to ensure that the color we produce today matches the color we produced yesterday—and what we will produce tomorrow.
- We use a calibrated spectrophotometer and statistical process control to manage all our press output on every shift.
- We maintain records of color accuracy for two years following the conclusion of a project.
The Store Fixture Manufacturer That Scales As You Do.
The KRS production facility is designed for scale. At any given time, we have between 1500 and 2000 active jobs on our factory floor. For regional and national chain stores, QSRs, and hotels, this large-scale capability is essential for keeping your store design project on schedule.
We leave nothing to chance. Our team uses a sophisticated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, whether you’re creating one location or one hundred. The ERP continuously optimizes our production schedule, adjusting for material and resource availability. (Many fixture production houses manage their inbound materials and production schedules with spreadsheets, a method that becomes increasingly fragile at scale.)
Our buyers work with multiple vendors and forecast demand to ensure a reliable supply chain for materials. This focus on inventory management keeps costs down, even as we build to order.
When it’s time to fulfill, we use trusted third-party carriers and can deliver with optional White Glove service. We monitor the status of every outbound shipment daily to identify any potential delays—we don’t wait until something doesn’t show up.
Value Engineering.
We take our clients’ budgets as seriously as they do.
Value engineering is a KRS core competency. Because we can produce fixtures and decor using so many different materials and processes, we can choose the right solution for each product we make.
We can take an existing design—whether or not we created it—and develop engineering options that arrive at the same impact for your customers, but at a lower cost or in a format that is more scalable.
Our nimble, responsive, just-in-time manufacturing also means we can make refinements to store decor as a project rolls out. KRS programs continuously iterate to increase efficiencies.
- Low- and No-VOC paints comprise 90%+ of our painting and finishing products.
- Our printers use virtually zero-VOC ink, which is cured with energy-efficient UV lamps.
- Much of our steel and plastic raw materials contain up to 100% post-consumer recycled content.
Green Initiatives
Just as many of our clients are creating more sustainable stores, KRS continuously seeks out ways to make our own operation more sustainable.
- We make our own custom-fitted shipping boxes to reduce plastic bubble wrap and packing peanut waste. This also reduces freight volume, which produces a lower carbon footprint.
- We use a cushion pack machine to shred our waste cardboard, reusing it for packing material. This material is easily recyclable by our customers, using retail-level cardboard recycling.
