Les Schwab partnered with KRS to reimagine the customer experience within its showrooms, creating a prototype design intended for future renovations and new builds. The updated showroom reflects the energy of a recent rebranding initiative while remaining true to Les Schwab’s established identity.
Design + Strategy
The design introduces a refined material palette, an enhanced layout, updated signage, and a strong focus on localization. While brand standards remain consistent, each showroom is tailored to its community and context. The St. George location incorporates upgraded seating areas, beverage and popcorn stations, a newly developed tire rack display system, and flexible lighting strategies to improve comfort and flow.
